In addition to his regular consulting practice, Mr. Fleener also provides on-site training for client
staff members. These services include PowerPoint presentations on successful projects with before and
after photos; team building exercises; consensus building; problem identification and problem solving;
and perception surveys. Classes from 4 hours to 2 days can be accommodated at your facilities or
off-site. Also, within Middle Tennessee, one time, no cost, on-site consultations are now available.

Photo Simulations
We have all said it, “A picture is worth a 1,000 words.” Even to the trained professional blueprints
and CAD drawings can often seem confusing. Freehand sketches and renderings can be pretty, but do
they really tell the story of what the project will look like when completed? Fleener Associates uses
cost affective, realistic photo simulations to bring a clear understanding to everyone concerned in
the approval process. It is much easier to obtain approval from a neighbor, a fellow professional, a
Commissioner, or a Council person when they can clearly envision the results.
